Material and Process Advantages

Material and Process Advantages

• High-Wear-Resistant Alloy Formulation Utilizing the ZGMn series of high-manganese steel (Mn13%-22%), this material achieves a hardness of HB180-220 after water-toughening treatment, with an impact toughness of ≥50 J/cm²—far surpassing the service life of conventional castings. Additionally, advanced composite casting technology enables metallurgical bonding between Cr26 high-chromium cast iron and the steel matrix, allowing for controllable wear-resistant layer thicknesses (8–15 mm) tailored to meet diverse operational requirements. • Sand Mold Water Glass Casting Argon blowing is applied to the molten steel to ensure its purity, resulting in products that are more durable and long-lasting. Wooden molds are used for production, enabling the one-time formation of complex cavity structures and significantly reducing subsequent machining costs. For large castings (up to 10 tons per piece), a combination of resin sand and chill techniques is employed, effectively addressing shrinkage defects in thick, large cross-sections.
Advantages of the Production System
